2nd Run (I I )
Condition: 還在掙扎
Temperature: 37 C
Aim: will time difference effect the resolution..?
Procedure: one with bromophenol blue, and the other Xylene cyanol.
Discussion:
1. longer time, gel ran further down, even ran over, (in this project only concern 100~300bp, and 300~800 bp...)
2. better seperation, easier to measure.
3. no much effect on resolution.
Conclusion:
Time difference will effect the seperation of the bands.
