Condition: 餓的半死的懶人
Temperature: 37 C
Aim: try (x2) power supply. will have better resolution..or not .?!

Discussion:
1. tried 10V/cm, gel ran faster, more steam,cause the higher voltage will increase the temperature, but not melt yet..haha..
2. staining is still difficult, stain on the tray, then distaining took longer..,
3. bands are a bit shaper, and narrow than last time, this could be higher voltage makes gel to run quicker, and no time to diffuse..
4. resolution still not good enogh for 500 bp~, still difficult to measure the seperation.

Conclusion:
more energy supply, doesn't really effect the resolution.
