There were two fish in the ocean, theirs names were Pinky and Green. Though living in the ocean is much better than living in a fish tank, they weren’t happy. It is because the ocean was getting dirtier and dirtier, the bottom of the ocean was full of trash, empty cans and bottles were everywhere. So it was hard for them to get food to eat, hard for them to find good places to live; and even harder for them to see other animals nearby. They tried to move to other places, but they knew the situation would be the same.

Someday, Pinky and Green saw a man was snorkeling with a fishing spear. They were so afraid that they thought they would be caught by the man. Thus, Pinky and Green hid behind a huge rock as soon as possible and peeped out from it. The only thing they could do was praying and hoped they would not be caught by that man.

Pinky and Green paid a lot of attention to watch the man; they wanted to know what would happen. Therefore, they followed the man very carefully. Suddenly, they saw the man picking up the trash at the bottom of the ocean with his fishing spear. “Look! The man is picking up those empty cans and bottles!” cried Pinky. And Green was speechless with what he saw. The man picked up lots of trash without taking a rest until the ocean was getting dark. Pinky and Green saw the man swam away and disappeared.

“Though the ocean is not as clean as it was, some people still try to stop it from get worse,” said Green. “The ocean does not just belong to the animals living in it; It is our ocean, everyone should keep it clean,” said Pinky. Maybe Pinky and Green were just two fish that could not do many things to keep the ocean clean, but we could! Try to stop throwing useless things into the ocean. It’s easy, but very important!
