Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. 豆導翻版！半百男酒後不舉 染指少女

屏東縣一名55歲潘姓男子前年見兒子帶女友姊妹回家，酒後色心大發，趁著與兒子女友的妹妹在門外獨處之際，想強行要了她，未料，潘男因「不舉」，僅指侵得逞，犯後還連忙對被害人說「對不起」並丟下2000元。性侵手法和「豆導」鈕承澤被女工作人員指控的案情幾近「雷同」。最高法院今（12）日駁回上訴，依強制性交罪將他判刑3年2月確定。
判決書指出，潘男平時多在屏東縣潮州鎮某處蝦寮看顧養殖物，晚間則會到兒子與女友同住的家中洗澡，因而認識兒子女友的妹妹。2016年10月4日深夜11時許，兒子聚餐後帶著女友姊妹返家，潘男在門口見兒子跟女友先進門，趁著雨兒子女友妹妹在門外獨處聊天之際，突然擁抱、親吻妹妹。兒子女友的妹妹受驚嚇，一時無法反應，竟被潘男拉上機車腳踏板上，載往蝦寮，強行將被害人壓在蝦寮內的床上，不顧被害人大哭大叫，執意以優勢體力脫衣、強吻、吸咬，並粗魯用手指性侵得逞，但潘男因酒後無法勃起，沒有再進一步性侵，但丟下2000元，並稱「對不起」，還說這樣會害了兒子等語。被害人拒收2000元，趁隙穿上衣物逃離蝦寮。翌日，潘男兒子女友發現，妹妹遲未上班，訊問後才知妹妹遭男友爸爸性侵，帶去驗傷後提告。

潘男辯稱，在門外時曾暗示要以2000元跟她性交易，誤以為被害人同意援交。律師抗辯，應是被害人覺得原本議定的金額太低才改稱遭性侵。
歷審調查後，認定潘男罪證明確，觸犯強制性交罪，審酌潘男行為時已53歲，被害人案發時僅18歲，年紀差距多達35歲，竟為逞一己私慾而強制性交，犯後否認犯罪，辯稱當時因酒醉而不清醒、印象模糊、被害人並無反抗、2人是性交易等語，考量潘男事後曾給付被害人5萬元，衡量後判處有期徒刑3年2月，全案最高法院駁回上訴定讞。
