Mini Biscuit Pizzas

Ingredients:
3 packages refrigerated prepared buttermilk biscuits, Pillsbury®
Nonstick vegetable cooking spray, PAM®
1 cup onion, chopped
1 package (3-ounce) thinly sliced prosciutto (deli section), chopped, Citterio®
1 cup traditional tomato sauce, Ragú®
6 large button mushrooms, sliced
1 cup shredded pizza-blend cheese, Sargento®
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Preparation:
枭 Bake biscuits according to package instructions.
枭 Cool biscuits.
枭 Spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray.
枭 Split biscuits in half and arrange, split side up, on a cookie sheet. Set aside.
枭 Bring oven heat to 400 degrees.
枭 In a small bowl, combine onion and prosciutto.
枭 In a second small bowl, combine tomato sauce and mushrooms.
枭 Spread tomato mixture evenly over biscuit halves.
枭 Sprinkle with cheese.
枭 Top with prosciutto and onion mixture.
枭 Bake for 12 minutes, or until topping is golden brown.
枭 Serve warm.
