21 N: some toast, vanilla, cream, a little wood cask

21 T: light -> medium, obvious ALC, spicy, oak, some pears, cask tannins

20 F: short -> medium, vanilla, cream, oak, hint of toast, good texture

20 B: balanced, but lack of variance at the end

白州 1992 56% OB

C: yellow

21 N: some oak, pears, spices, a little sugar candy, vanilla

21 T: medium, very good texture and impact, dry, spices, ginger, even some liquorices

20 F: short -> medium, ginger, vanilla, cream, oak, a little white candy sugar

21 B: good balanced, it’s a pity that it has too much wood cask influence

白州 1988 56% OB

C: yellow gold

21 N: ginger, hint of baked wood, some pears, hint of peat?

21 T: medium, very good impact and structure, oil, creamy, ginger, biscuit

22 F: long, good extension but few variances at the end

21 B: good balanced, still active

白州 1987 Sherry Cask 56% OB

C: dark amber

22 N: deep, rich, some ripe red pears, red sugar, prune and clean sherry

22 T: medium, very good texture and structure, raisin, cocoa, mocha

22 F: long dry fruits, some longan, raisin, chocolate, mocha, some ripe fruits, hint of brown sugar at the end

22 B: very good balanced, still active

All very good cask, but it's a pity that we had already have too much drinks!
