10:30-12:00 sleep

12:00-2:00 have the lunch & galavant(閒逛)

2:00-5:30 nothing to do & use computer

5:30-5:50 writing the English homework

5:50-6:10 have the dinner

6:10-7:30 meditation(沉思　　　冥想)

7:30----- go home
