最重要的是~心存正念，多服務，唱頌或說善語、傳善知識~我們都是被保護的!

祂要所有虔信者知道 8/15-9/28 期間容易有內心的擾動。

因此祂要大家在此期間避免各種衝突。

祂也要大家避免大的冒險、開快車或夜間開車，並且多加小心。

祂要求大家延後所有重大決定或事件直到這段時期之後。他也說這時期將會沒有問題的過去。 :)

請每天唱頌 Om Namah Shivay， 你將安然度過這時期。

Guruji prayed for the health, happiness and prosperity of all devotees

during the Rudra Puja held at Taraska Ashram in Poland. He wants all devotees to know that 15 August to 28th September is a time of disturbance in the mind. So He has asked everyone to avoid all kinds of conflicts. He has also asked everyone to avoid big adventures, rash/night driving, and to be careful. He has asked to postpone all major decisions/events till after this period. And He says, that it will pass without any problems. :) Do Om Namah Shivay chanting everyday and you sail through this period. Spread to your family and friends too! :)
