聯想，你的電腦不值得我買!
我天生就有一個喜歡打抱不平的個性，但也許因爲自己是女孩子，有時候做事還是比較考慮後果。但有時候就是有些事情看不順眼，不管後果怎樣都說出來。
下面是在網上看到一個招才廣告，明明是中國企業去法國發展，但他們請的人就要是法國本土人，難道中國人就不可以去應徵了嗎？
在法國職場上就一直講究招才不能歧視外國人，結果這件所謂的全中國最大的電腦公司[聯想]，還沒打聽清楚就先聲明只要[Native French is must (母語必须是法語者)].這不是歧視是什麽？
如果中國人自己做賤自己，那就不要怪哪天他們被告到法院去了 !

财 Design the pricing and product configuration by business case, work out the product transition plan and execution.
财 Work out sale forecast, based on channel inventory, sale out and marketing roadmap
JOB REQUIREMENTS
财 5+ years sales and marketing experience in PC industry, or great understanding about local retail channels
财 Thorough knowledge of professional marketing function
财 Ability to work effectively with functional organization and lead a group to consensus
财 Technical understanding of products is a distinct advantage
财 Marketing/Business degree or equivalent
财 Frequent business travel within France & China
财 Native French is a must, proficient English is also a must, understanding Chinese is preferred.

嘿嘿，Volar這裡是我的新聞台，我當然可以主見囖。呵呵呵。
不管是好是壞，我只是把事實說出來。
其實在其他國家我也看到此類的招才廣告，只不過其他地方的法律跟法國不同，尤其是關於勞工方面。
法國是個多類種族的地方，如果這樣寫招聘廣告，法國人自己當然不會講話，因爲被歧視的不是他們。
可是在法國的華人，法文流利的，甚至比法國人的法文還好的，看到這種廣告，對他們來說，不是很不公平嗎？ 2007-08-24 08:57:41
不会把！ 根本不是什么歧视或不公平的事情。在法国连招聘的法国公司也这样做：
如他们招”会说汉语“的人，他们经常要求“母语必须是汉语者”，联想在法国招“法语者”我觉得很公平，你们住法国的华人代替我们学过中文的法国人，你觉得
公平妈？
请问你在法国的网上哪个广告上有写[母语必须是汉语者]？可以举个例子吗？
更何况，你有在中国的招聘广告上看过要招聘[母语必须是汉语的]中国人吗？
住法国的华人又不是每个都读过中文，也不是每个华人都会讲汉语，恐怕这很难说得通哦。
还有，联想既然是在法国聘人，如果求职者不懂讲法文，恐怕连在法国的工作资格都没有了。。 2007-09-19 09:01:30
