2012年又即將接近尾聲了，大家有沒有長高、長胖或變美、變瘦呢?
無論生活的改變如何，健康才是人生中最重要的財富，
時時刻刻注重飲食和睡眠，才能保持良好的體能和體態。
不管大環境如何的紛紛擾擾，慶幸2012/12/21世界末日預言，並沒有來到，
末日預言…也許只是警惕世人，促使著大家變的更有使命感，
哈~~只能說2012年真是很妙的一年…

生活像是一幕又幕的電影劇情，
不…像是一道又一道的菜餚，酸甜苦辣任你品嚐。
若太酸 就試著忘掉吧!
若太甜 就試著維持適當的甜蜜!
若太苦 就試著面對它，讓自己成長!
若太辣 就試著將它澆熄嘍!

一年一度的溫馨佳節為大家縫製艾勝粉嫩小蛇，祝福大家~~

演出逆光飛翔得獎的黃裕翔所話的一段話:

相當感動，不知不覺為這一短小小的話語而悸慟，
也將它當作無時無刻前進的動力。
