水餃是我童年至今的家常菜記憶，一直到現在，回娘家偶爾還會看到熟悉的場景──包水餃包不停的媽媽，和她自己發明的「包水餃法寶」。
以前的我不懂得珍惜，總是嚷嚷自家包的餃子吃得好膩，不愛吃也不會包，除了和忙著包水餃的媽媽聊天，一次也沒嘗試學習。嫁了人之後，多少得進出廚房學著洗手作羹湯，最近回娘家竟跟著媽媽包起了餃子，說是閒著無聊、或是意識到自己的轉變都好，我開始對水餃產生特別的感情，就像懷了孕才明白做母親的辛苦一樣，親身體驗後一點一滴在醒悟......
媽媽的餃子餡，總是有韭菜、高麗菜兩種口味，自己調味拌勻的，和外面賣的就是不一樣。
不過，我今天想分享的，並不是媽媽包的水餃有多好吃(在我心中它永遠是最美味的)，也不是要教大家如何包水餃，而是，我想揭發我老媽不為人知的撇步－－也就是她自己發明的「快速沾水器」！
噹噹！就是這個啦，「塑膠果凍杯」一只！
這個用法非常簡單，就是找到杯口和水餃皮大小差不多的塑膠果凍杯，放在裝盛一些吸大園火鍋吃到飽附開水的廚房用紙巾(泡久也不會脫絮那一種)上面，接著只要在填餡前蓋下環形水印於餃子皮邊緣即可。
如此一來，不僅省去沾水塗抹的時間，還能塗得既均勻又水份適中，捏合更加便利，包餃子迅速又美觀，很讚的方法吧！
雖然我捏合的水餃並沒有媽媽來得漂亮，但是箇中竅門我已經大略學會囉！以後有機會也可以在家自己試試，親手包好吃的水餃讓家人品嚐；媽媽的獨家撇步，不僅方便易懂，而且充滿了她個人的生活智慧，更是身為人妻的我應學習的楷模，媽媽，妳好厲害哇！

針對立法院長蘇嘉全表示，希望檢討臨時會議案不要太多，政院高層人士表示，當沖稅率減半及老舊住宅加速重建，希望有機會在臨時會排入委員會討論，若屆時沒有共識，也不一楊梅安格斯牛肉定非過不可，不會逕付二讀，一切尊重黨團決定。
不過，除考試院人事案外，高層人士指出，總預算案、《電業法》及《長照法》，都攸關拚經濟及民生法案，希望臨時會儘量優先通過，否則會影響新興計畫推動力道。
政院相關人士表示，臨時會排入七大議案是行政立法協調會共識，最後要排入幾案討論，尊重最後黨團決定。
相關人士表示，重大法案中只有《危險及老舊住宅加速重建獎勵條例》和《證交稅條例》當沖稅率減半二項未在委員會議討論，政院希望如果能在臨時會中，召開委員會議討論，也可以讓這二項府院希望加速推動的政策有進度。
倘若朝野仍有異見，高層人士說，未必臨時會非過不可，屆時也可進行1個月冷凍協商期，不會逕付二讀，但希望臨時會排入二項法案討論。
高層官員說，目前《電業法》及《長服法》有關長照財源法案，均已出委員會，及過了1個月協商冷凍期，已到可以處理階段，如果朝野協商沒意見，也可進行爭議性條文表決。
高層指出，《電業法》綠電先行及《長服法》，都是蔡英文總統要落實政見的優先政策，而總預算案攸關新興投資計畫，這3案均與拚經濟及民生法案有關，希望在臨時會優先通過。
