台北市長選戰打得火熱，最後由柯文哲連任當選市長，近日也領到當選證書，國民黨候選人丁守中卻持續進行後續驗票行動。但現在卻有周刊爆料，其實早在11月24日投票當天，前台北市長郝龍斌就曾致電要求丁守中，要強制要求北市選委會「投完再開票」，但丁守中卻老神在在，沒想到最後讓柯文哲贏得勝利。

沒想到一等就是等到凌晨2點多，最後柯文哲以3254票差距，擊敗丁守中，這時丁守中才招開記者會表達嚴正抗議。對此，郝龍斌辦公室承認，確實有打電話一事，但丁守中發言人則以「未聽說此事」回應。

孩子發生這種情況，是否需要送醫？（上）
【華人健康網圖文提供／阿包醫生診療育兒故事-巫漢盟醫師】在網路世界中，太多似是而非的資訊或是農場文，還有許多媽媽社團可開放提問，阿包醫生的粉絲團也常收到詢問的私訊，最常見的提問是：「孩子發生某種狀況，需要看醫生嗎？」。爸媽猶豫是否送醫，有可能是心急擔心孩子的身體狀況、或是求方便想趕快獲得協助、少部分可能擔心浪費醫療資源...老實說在網路上發問等待回應的時間，孩子可能早就看完醫生了，不過在此我還是整理一下，孩子有哪些狀況時需要立即就醫！
3.「孩子太過動而受傷，需要給醫生處理嗎？」
孩子活潑好動是天性，成長過程中難免有碰撞受傷的時候，但孩子發生的意外總讓爸媽措手不及。當孩子燙傷時，爸媽一定要先做初步的處理，也就是「沖、脫、泡、蓋、送」的大原則，但對於孩子的燒燙傷，除了極小的燙傷可自理外，一般還是建議就醫做進一步的處理。若傷勢較大，則最好轉送到有設置燙傷中心的醫院治療。
當孩子受到外傷時，第一步就是要先止血，最簡單就是直接加壓法。倘若十分鐘以上都無限時活動優惠法止血，可能就是傷及動脈，需儘快就醫縫合處理。此外若是污穢的傷口，有化膿或分泌物、大面積傷口、深度深達一公分、可見到脂肪或是肌肉層、影響肢體活動，一旦孩子有以上情形，也需就醫接受後續的治療。
以上先分享三種狀況來說明孩子何時需要就醫，也希望爸媽有基本且正確的醫療知識，面對孩子的各種狀況，才不會手忙腳亂，或是錯失就醫的黃金時間。
