收假湧車潮 國1國3北返塞爆

元旦4天連假即將結束，包括國道3號關西至大溪、苗栗大山至新竹香山，及國道1號新竹至湖口路段都出現北返壅塞車潮，國道警方建議可改走替代道路，避開塞車路段。

國道警方表示，國3從北上124公里的大山段到109公里的香山段，沿途會經過竹南、西濱交流道，是避開車潮的途徑，否則以北恐怕只會更塞，民眾也可提早下後龍交流道，轉西濱北上。從竹南下交流道的民眾，可選擇直接走西濱公路北上，若西濱也壅塞，則可東行進竹南、頭份市區再轉台1線或同方向縣道。
另國道3號關西至大溪北上路段，民眾可改走關西交流道下轉台3線行駛。國道1號方面，北上95公里新竹到86公里湖口路段也是必塞路段，建議可提早在新竹系統交流道切換到國3，或利用台68東西向快速道路接芎林，走台3線或上國道3號北上。
萬人赴石門水庫賞楓
此外連假期間雖然又溼又冷，但大溪老街、石門水庫湧入不少遊客，老街商店「達文西瓜」業者廖春景說，連假前3天僅昨天下毛毛雨，雖然低溫，遊客也比平常假日多近2成。此外石門水庫楓葉因為低溫轉紅，前3天平均每天都破萬人參觀。
苗栗景點眾多，遊客人潮也比周末成長近兩倍，其中最近爆紅的三灣落羽松祕境、充滿懷舊氛圍與美食的南庄老街，以及冬季旅遊必備行程的泰安溫泉區與大湖草莓園皆湧入大批遊客，絲毫不受溼冷氣候影響。
頭痛經痛止痛藥勿亂吃 小心過量恐引發肝衰竭
彰化縣一名17歲蔡姓男高中生頭痛吃普拿疼，卻一直無效，在6小時內吃了20顆，另一名28歲的江姓女子1天約吞了30顆，兩人都因噁心、嘔吐到衛福部彰化醫院急診，經洗胃及投予解毒劑後解除中毒情況。
彰化醫院毒物科主任廖曜磐表示，俗稱普拿疼的乙醯胺酚(Acetaminophen)是民眾最常使用的止痛藥，但使用過量可會中毒，甚至有生命危險！急診室今年就收到這2起普拿疼中毒案，特別提醒民眾注意，尤其普拿疼不用醫師處方，藥局都買得到，而且中毒後都先呈現腸胃道症狀，若稍有不察，可能會誤以為吃壞肚子，已經藥物中毒而不知。
主任廖曜磐表示，普拿疼是一種溫和的鎮熱解痛成藥，經過肝臟代謝，大部分由腎臟排泄，效果通常很不錯，其代謝機轉中所產生的中間產物由肝臟代謝，但量太多時，肝臟負荷不了，無法將有毒的中間產物代謝，就造成肝臟損傷，萬一吃進太大量又沒有及時就醫，恐引發急性肝炎，甚至肝衰竭危及生命。

蔡姓男高中生到院時自訴噁心、嘔吐，進一步追問才說，頭痛吃普拿疼後，頭痛依舊，從晚餐過後一直到凌晨，共服用了兩排普拿疼，也就是6個小時服了20顆，到了清晨因一再嘔吐及噁心感才趕快就醫，醫師研判是普拿疼中毒，緊急洗胃及解毒劑治療後，很快恢復正常。廖曜磐指出，普拿疼中毒後症狀通常分成四個階段，第一階段是腸胃道症狀；第二階段感到身體好轉，其實是肝臟開始被破壞；第三階段會出現黃膽、凝血功能異常等肝細胞壞死現象；第四階段則是肝臟撐過傷害逐漸復原或惡化導致肝衰竭。
廖主任強調，一般市面普拿疼一顆500毫克，一天通常吃3至4顆，萬一頭痛未能舒緩，還是要看醫師比較妥當。一般成人短時間服用普拿疼超過7.5公克(15顆左右)，或小孩體重每公斤服用超過140毫克，就有中毒危險。普拿疼除了錠狀，還有液劑用於兒童，由於甜甜的，切勿放於兒童易取得之處，小朋友可能以為糖水而服用過量。
