Features
1. The machine frame is a single piece welded steel construction which is very rigid, stable and integral in structure.
2. The imported ball screws XYZ-axis transmission makes the high precision operation.
3. The dedicated 32 bit DSP multi-axis motion controller makes the precision of 0.005 mm, which is very good for processing small solid working pieces.
4. It contains a Japanese 400 W stepping motor, a product from Sanyo, which is low volume and very powerful.
5. The imported variable speed governor matches with the high-power DC brushless main-axis.
6. The maximum operation speed is 9000 mm/minute and maximum engraving speed is 6000 mm/minute.
7. Equipped with a standard collet, which is substantially compatible with all kind of tools.
8. It allows users to load and execute standard HP-GL, G codes, interfacing with the software easily, such as Casmate, CAXA, ArtCAM, Type3, Pro-E, Master CAM, UG and so on.
