2004-05-16 - 睡眠不足~

凌晨四點零七分啦~~

我仲未訓,唔係因為我溫書溫到咁夜,係因為我頭先做左4x5組泳式,每組on一分鐘~~仲有舉"牙零"同拉橡筋tim呀,最後做多大組60下sit up~~聽日七點同老婆一齊起身呀.....真係要訓啦我~~
