CONCEPT 1 follows ’06 visual style more closely. Main image is extensively modified to include the special sales items. (NOTE: No other male/female shot is more suitable than the one used.)
CONCEPT 2 is a more graphic approach. Special sales items are arranged to form a Christmas tree which associates with the holiday season. The colour green can easily be connected with the idea of Christmas. It also relates to the idea of "after" -- growth/spring (green) after snow/winter (white).
The timeline:
· First delivery: 12/29 (delivery of 2 concepts; Phase 2)
· Decision should be made before 12/30
· Revised version delivery: 1/2 (first half of Phase 3)
· Confirmation should be made before 1/3 (no further changes)
· Upload banners & promotion page: 1/5 (end of Phase 3)
· Remove banners & promotion page: 2/5
Please let me know your decision before 12/30. So I carry on with the necessary refinements/modifications and HTML coding in time. Thanks!

Hi CLIENT ALL,
Ummm... I’m surprised... I think I explained a few times in previous occasions that cohesiveness is a key thing in any sort of commercial design. Identity system is one example, so is sales campaign. A mix-match of concept 1 & concept 2 just simply won’t work.
Imagine a user sees the orange banner, clicks on it, and finds herself at a green promotion page that has a totally different look and feel. What would she think? "Am I on the wrong page?" "Something wrong with the website?" "Do they have 2 campaigns?" In short, a mix-match will just make moonsus look bad and unprofessional.
Concept 1 banners use the same model photo as in Concept 1 ecard and promotion page. Let me know what makes you want to use Concept 1 banners even when they’re using a photo not very suitable for this event. I can modify Concept 2 banners so they have the characters you like. However, I think current concept 2 banners communicate the message well enough and each item echoes with one another.

I haven’t heard from CLIENT B yet, so I still don’t understand why you would risk confusing customers with 2 very different visual styles in one sales campaign. "Revised version delivery (1/2)" and the following delivery dates will have to be postponed if we don’t have a clear idea about the direction of the campaign.
Or, if you must use a mix-match of 2 concepts and think that I don’t need to know why, I guess I’d just feel being left out :’( and start the production phase (which will take 2-3 days) after I get a confirmation from you.
In any case, I still need a confirmation (preferably with your convincing reasons) from you. Or, the best would be that you’d take my suggestion (I believe it makes sense) and let me know whether you want to keep concept 2 banners as they are or to modify them in certain ways.
