You

I love the beauty of your deep thoughts
Those worries that intertwine
Irrational and useless
That cause delicate furrows on your brow

I love the beauty of your confusion
The simplicity of your questions
Endless questions
Like you only ever see the world for the first time

I love the beauty of your gestures
Those funny faces you pull
Even out of distaste
Those playful reactions or frustrations towards my words

I love the beauty that can be found beyond your eyes
When you smile or cry
That sensitivity that makes your sun shine differently
Strangely, as if you already have the answers

I love the beauty of your temper
Filled with a fire that cannot be put out
Because even when those flames burn
I know they cannot hurt me

This isn't meant to be a love poem in the romantic love way, however it is a love for my friend and companion.
