There's rain in the air tonight,
we may get wet tonight...
but it won’t damp the fire in my heart.

Even a week can seem like a lifetime,
and the shortest day
can seem like a longtime...
It depends who you're with/what you do.

Too many years are now passing,
its all built on sand.... nothing lasting,
and the memories I have are just shadows,
that flits in and out of the night.
