以95 年的 Chambertin香氣最複雜,也最飽滿,陳年潛力最大
2000年的Ruchotte-Chambertin 最薄弱,但對照價格,C/P值最高
2001 的 Clos de Beze 竟然可以喝了,大意外!!
結論是三支酒都很棒!!

o.k. again big brands led to diamonds..so they`re all good without any surprising..o.k. last night..i met regent`s gm, (he`s from italy) we are thinking to have regualr wine lessons at the hotel..you may join then ^_^
