1. Don't Vacillate 別猶疑不決
if you say no, set a rule or give an instruction, stick to your
statement. When your child objects,remain calmly resolute.
2. Follow through 徹底執行
Too many parents give up just when they are begining to make a
long-lasting changes in children's behaviors.
If you change your resolve midway through the plan, you may have
momentary peace.
3. Do not try to reason with a child who is out of control

4. Do not sabotage your spouse 不要蓄意破壞配偶的管教
Children masters at playing one parent against the other.
5. Define behaviors clearly 清楚界定行為
6. Use punishment sparingly 有節制地利用懲處

7. Do not try to change more than one or two behaviors at a time
