IV01791: PR'S AND PO'S ARE NOT STARTING INTO WORKFLOW WHEN USING REORDER WHEN CCMDB AND OTHER ADD-ONS ARE INSTALLED

The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance
package:

  | release\fix pack | REL 7.1.1.9 - BS

http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg1IV02259

IV02259: WORK FLOW DOES NOT GET INITIATED VIA REORDER WHEN CCMDB IS INSTALLED

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create any WF process for PO's or PR's in the WF Designer (or
use one already there) and Enable and Activate it.
2. Go To Organizations - WF Options and select your Site
3. Depending on whether your Org - Reorder Options are set to
create a PR or a PO, which must be the same as the Object of
   the
WF process made in Step 1, put the name of that WF process
into the appropriate field, either Purchase Reqs on Reorder
or Purchase Orders on Reorder.   Save.

3.5. VERY IMPORTANT
While in the Organizations application, click on the
     Inventory.. Reorder menu action.
Set both radio buttons to Unapproved PR. Otherwise, the PR
     process will not be run.

4. Go to Inventory and pick an Item that will need to be
   Reordered.
5. From Select Action choose Reorder - Reorder Items.
   Uncheck Run In Background.
Click Preview and it will show you how much of the Item
   needs to be Reordered.
6. Now click on Reorder.
Now you see the bug, the little on screen report says that no
PRs/pos have been created when it should have created one
   according to Preview.
Go to Orgs - WF Options and remove the WF process you entered
   in
Step 3.   Now go back to Inventory and run Reorder for
that Item and it will create a PR/PO.
