正在使用電腦，寬頻卻被斷線，螢幕上說我們未繳費。可恨事先沒通知。
即刻照指示鍵入信用卡帳號去做繳費的動作──本來都是收到單子到便利商店交的。完成手續過後一時還上不了網，打電話去問，卻是從如果要聽國語請按1開始，過了好幾關，才通上話！最不耐這種123，網線斷了何等大事，又要受這種折騰，真要抓狂。
真巧，次日就收到這封信，怪有趣的。
