Today I will finish my examination. But I don't how to do in the 2nd setester beacuse I think my best major, pulic administeration, may be transfered. Howerver, I will retake one year, use English language, or studing in evening, use Chinese language. It is very diffcult for me to diceide as my parents don't want me to retake one year.
