--Dry mouth > 3 months
--Biopsy = 1個view至少要有4個lobule, 每4 mm2要有>50個lymphocytes
--flow = Salivary sintigraphy, parotid sialography (< 15 mL/min)

Sero
--Anti-Ro (SS-A), Anti-La (SS-B)
--ANA, RF
