台灣「地瓜葉」防癌? 有農民大量種植

地瓜葉是台灣早期農村常見的鄉土蔬菜,也是常見的養豬飼料。

現代人追求健康,營養價值高的「地瓜葉」由於「中醫師」認定為「防癌」蔬菜之一,因而也大受歡迎。

台灣彰化縣芳苑鄉農民—曾崇恩,月前成功繁殖「台灣桃園二號」地瓜葉,面積足足有十甲,他不只把地瓜葉賣到台北各餐廳,還把「地瓜葉」製成「茶葉」,喝起來有「武夷茶」的風味,而且沒有咖啡因。

曾崇恩說,這項產品,因有助於人類的健康,他將推廣至全球。
