Japanese cooking class FOOD & DECO is in Kugenuma kaigan town. I teach Japanese home cooking (Washoku). It is simple and delicious. The cooking class uses fresh seasonal ingredients focusing on Japanese Home cooking.

Kugenuma is famous for small town near sea. It takes 1 hour from Tokyo. There are Enoshima island, Enoshima fishing port, Spa, Aquarium, many cafes, etc. Especially, the view from the seaside is truly beautiful. We can see Mt.Fuji from there.

The cooking class uses fresh seasonal ingredients focusing on Japanese home cooking.
Enjoy lunch after cooking, using traditional Japanese pottery called Bizen-yaki and porcelain.

Guests can enjoy a tatami room and Japanese garden.
As well as experiencing cooking, you can find out about sightseeing information, Japanese customs, Japanese traditional events and culture.
We will take you to a fishing port or beach if you request.

Class size is small so you can participate comfortably.
FOOD & DECO is an〔at home〕atmosphere.

*You do not need to bring anything. We provide all that you need including aprons and pens, etc.

Tazuna sushi (sushi roll with egg, cucumber and prawn)
Tofu salad (Olive oil with soy sauce Dressing)
Miso soup
Green Tea and small Japanese Sweets

2. STANDARD PLAN (3/30、3/31)
Tazuna Sushi (sushi roll with egg, cucumber and prawn)
Teriyaki Chicken (Sauteed Chicken with Salty-sweet soy sauce)
Shirasu Kakiage Tempura (Deep Fried Young Sardines with Vegetables)
Miso soup
Green Tea and Small Japanese Sweets
