【The pearl】
Gaze on that purple orchid ---
I haven’t been so elegant.
Though I’m a pearl,
Obviously the popular price makes me gettable easily.
By the side of shimmering diamonds,
Like tears dropping from my broken heart,
I am inferior to the breathtaking gemstones
and to the pearl oysters as well.
I cannot but become much rounder and smoother
so that my brilliance sparkle more dazzlingly
and then I’m waiting for someone, An admirer,
heart-to-heart.
【珍珠】
凝望一株紫色蘭花...
我還攀不上高雅
雖是一顆貝珠
顯然廉價到隨手可及
身旁閃耀的碎鑽
碎成心頭滴落的淚光
始終不如鑽石一般奪目
也不如生珠的蚌貝
只能更加圓潤
圓潤後勁散柔光
等待對眼的
傾心
