What am I supposed to feel before the chemo treatment?

Tomorrow will be the 1st chemo treatment and I am a little nervous… OK, you are right, I am very nervous.
Few people called to encourage me, prayed with me and assured me their support.
It is like to go to a new school for a new and difficult class, I have all the books and materials, but not sure if I will pass the test, only the teacher knows. I guess I am worry because my reaction is unknown until I get the shot.
Thanks God, I think tomorrow will be a warm day as today, it will be a lot easier for me, the country mouse, to go in town. I plan to take easy and enjoy the time with my friend; she is so sweet to volunteer to help me out.
This is another thing -- there always someone shows up at the right time and the right place to help me since the beginning of this journey! It is like God keeps sending different angels to be with me to go through this difficult time, sometimes a friend, a nurse, a co-worker, a doctor, a cancer survivor, a volunteer in cancer assoc., a family member, a brother, a sister or even a book author.
I even started to secretly ”looking forward” for the treatments, not only I can end the treatments sooner, but I also like to find out who is my next angel!
Sometime I am sad, worry or even very depressed, but I try to remember to look at the things and help I have received from “my angels”, those are the gifts and messages from God, what I have to do is to “listen” the message of Love and enjoy the gift of Life, hence I can move on, hope one day I will be able to support others as their angel!
