the most beautiful word in the English language
我最近念的小說裡有段對話是這樣的:
女主角問男主角: Do you know what the most beautiful word in the English language is?
男主角說:是mellifluous (悅耳)吧?
女主角回答:是uxorious, 意思是excessively fond of one's wife
這真是個美呆了的字!
如果我以後真的有了伴侶
我希望我的朋友們都會用這個字形容他^o^
