麻疹感染再添3病例 1本土及2境外移入
疾病管制署今天公布新增3名麻疹確定病例，包括北部20餘歲女性為1月16日越南境外移入個案接觸者；另2例為北部30餘歲男性及7歲女童，近期分別自越南海防市及菲律賓馬尼拉返國。
衛生福利部疾病管制署今天發布暢銷排行 搶先看新聞稿表示，3人於1月27日到2月2日間陸續發病，出疹日介於1月28日到2月4日。
疾管署說，衛生單位已掌握本土個案接觸者共238人、越南及菲律賓境外移入個案接觸者分別有60及125人，個案在可傳染期間都曾搭大眾交通運輸或出入公共場所，民眾如果在同時段也曾出入相關場所，請自主健康管理18天；如果有發燒、鼻炎、結膜炎、咳嗽與紅疹等麻疹前驅症狀，應配戴口罩盡快就醫並告知接觸史。
疾管署表示，國內今年累計11例麻疹確定病例，其中8例為境外移入病例（感染國家為越南及菲律賓各4例）、3例為國內感染。
疾管署說，越南自去年12月疫情上升，去年累計病例數為前年10倍以上，主要發生在河內、胡志明市等大城市及北部山區省份；胡志明市今年第3週已累計2000例通報，河內市今年截至1月29日已累計64例。
另外，菲律賓今年截至1月26日，全國已通報超過1800例病例，26例死亡，病例數較去年同期增加7成，菲律賓已宣折扣情報網路熱銷商品布首都區、呂宋區及東維薩亞斯（Eastern Visayas）發生大規模疫情。
疾管署說，麻疹傳染力強，民眾應按時帶幼兒接種「麻疹腮腺炎德國麻疹混合疫苗」（MMR），避免帶未滿一歲或未接種疫苗的幼兒到越南、菲律賓等麻疹流行地區；如果需攜6個月以上、未滿一歲嬰兒前往，可在出發前帶幼兒自費接種一劑MMR疫苗，自麻疹流行地區返國後如果有疑似症狀，應戴口罩盡快就醫及告知旅遊史。
麻疹為傳染力很強的病毒性疾病，可經空氣、飛沫傳播或接觸病人鼻咽分泌物而感染，常見症狀有發燒、出疹、鼻炎、結膜炎與咳嗽，及發燒3到4天後口腔內出現斑點（柯式斑點），較嚴重者會併發中耳炎、肺炎或腦炎。
瀘州商銀遞件申請IPO 資產規模小而美 港股第16家地方銀行
瀘州商業銀行正式向香港聯交所遞件申請首次公開募股 (IPO)，該行若成功實現 H 股 IPO，港股上市地方銀行數量也將增至 16 家。
相較於其他 H 股上市地方銀行，瀘州商業銀行無論資產規模還是淨利潤指標均有一定差距。
據上市申請文件顯示，瀘州商業銀行的資產規模從 2015 年年末的人民幣 317.64 億元，增至 2018 年 6 月底的人民幣 745.55 億元，2 年多時間增長 1 倍多。但與數月前赴港上市的九江銀行 (6190-HK) 相比，九江銀行截至 6 月末的資產總額高達人民幣 2883.36 億元。
2018 年上半年，瀘州商業銀行實現營收人民幣 8.39 億元，年增 9.08%，淨利潤為人民幣 3.77 億元，年增 30.65%。雖然其業績表現可圈可點，但營收和利潤規模均較目前已上市城商行小，九江銀行同期淨利潤達人民幣 10.56 億元。
瀘州商業銀行資不良貸款率低於 1%，遠低於 H 股上市銀行。截至 6 月底，該行不良貸款率回落至 0.91%，較去年年底下降 0.08 個百分點；資本適足率 3 大指標全線下滑，其中資本適足率為 12.19%，較去年年底減少 1.5 個百分點。
瀘州商業銀行成立於 1997 年，是瀘州市唯一一家地方法人城商行，1998 年更名為「瀘州商業銀行」。截至 2018 年 6 月底，瀘州商業銀行擁有 681 名員工，擁有覆蓋瀘州市所有縣的 25 家支行和 1 家位於成都的分行。
資料顯示，該行前 3 大股東分別是瀘州老窖 (000568-CN)、四川省佳樂企業集團、瀘州鑫福礦業集團，持股比例分別為 22.09%、17%、16.56%。
