法鼓山金山園區也是除夕開始好多活動, (元旦是在農禪寺跨年, 恰好是果東師父由馬來西亞趕回來一同參加活動, 法喜充滿) 想穿暖些就先去法鼓山排隊等除夕活動, 應該是活力充滿.
放在格子裡的Help or Helpless, 是家人在白天攜人闖入我房間的事情, 我難過是因為我照顧他們的, 還是我背大 抱大 餵大的弟弟. 還不知道簡易庭如何判決, 但每天幾乎難成眠 也會胡思亂想.
面對它，接受它，處理它，放下它。既然已經交由法律處理，請寬心等待簡易庭的判決，先不要自己心裡想來想去。
你有學過禪定嗎？這時請用禪定的方法，雜念若起，停住它，專心在禪定的方法(持咒、念佛、數息、參話頭、...等等)，萬念歸一，不要再去想東想西。
