Today is a big day. It’s the first time to introduce our new partner,teacher 雲,to my colleagues at Maple Ridge School. So I’m nervous about their reactions, especially Christine,who has the longest working experience at our school. As she is pretty tough, she could feel something wrong in this event,she called my aunt Betty as soon as she got home. She wanted to figure out what the truth was,and talked about the problems from the class,the wages,and me included.

I know most of the problems should be attributed from my lack in pratical skills of school management. Teaching English is not my professional field. Then even I’ve worked more than one year,I am still kind of afraid of having conversation with kids’ parents.

Though I know what my problems are,I feel a little upset to hear Christine mention it. Sometimes,I feel I lost my confidence these days. But I don’t have time for depression. For Christmas party,to hand over and take over, I will be busy for couple weeks,maybe months. All I want to do is trying my best for that!
