my personal opinions of these four terms are as follows:

its fairly easy to be cute.
as long as u r not ugly, u have a great chance to be cute
great outfit, cute behavior, etc..can easily make a girl cute

pretty=good looking
to be pretty, u would need good looking features

to be hot...u need to possess certain level of sexual attraction
either by the vibe u send out (some ppl are just born sexy), or ..by ...trashy outfit I guess?

to be beautiful...it’s not easy
in my opinion, to be beautiful, you would need a great heart

a girl with sneaky personality
can still be cute, pretty, or hot
but she can never be beautiful

I always believe, to be beautiful, it takes a beautiful mind...
