【民正新聞記者:蔡永源台南報導】臺南市政府警察局第二分局春節連假期間，輪服赤崁樓古蹟景點交整勤務員警，提供臺南市中、英文對照名勝古蹟導覽圖及預防犯罪宣導單，以利外國觀光客索取。

透過中、英文對照詳細介紹臺南相關的古蹟特色景點，協助指引外國觀光客旅遊路線，讓外國朋友直說，警察先生是臺灣最棒的導航！臺南為臺灣的文化古都，擁有豐富的文化與歷史資源，更是結合美食、自然生態與科技的城市，轄區赤崁樓、孔廟文化園區等古蹟景點及附近美食小吃。

春節連續假期有大量觀光客參訪，藉由員警提供中、英對照名勝古蹟導覽圖及預防犯罪宣導單，使遠道而來之外國觀光客迅速取得在地生活資訊，讓其感受臺南友善的英語生活環境，以提升臺南在國際的知名度與競爭力。

（一）110報案電話及165反詐騙專線宣導

◎報案請打110，迅速派遣，全程管制。

◎綁架勒贖電話或銀行、司法機關來電，聲稱轉帳錯

誤或將監管您的財物，這都是常見的詐騙手法，請

勿驚慌，可先向165反詐騙專線查證。

（二）防竊、防搶、防盜宣導

◎住宅、陽台加裝鐵窗，選用堅固材質，避免宵小趁

隙入侵，危害家人安全。

◎長期舉家外出，可聯絡轄區警察機關至您住家加強⋯⋯

巡邏。

◎住家、營業場所加裝監視錄影設備，可降低遭竊風

險。

（三）汽、機車防竊宣導

◎機車停放，不忘多上一把鎖，可減少失竊率。

◎財物置於機車座墊下，最易遭竊。

◎汽車加裝電門暗鎖或先進方向盤鎖可有效防竊。

（四）春安工作期間舉家外出住宅安全維護服務宣導

◎長期舉家外出，可聯絡轄區警察機關至您住家加強

巡邏。

（五）護鈔服務宣導

◎提領現金，可洽轄區警察機關協助護鈔。

（六）機車、農、漁具烙碼防竊宣導。

◎農、漁用具烙碼或刻上記號可有效降低失竊率。

（七）其他有關預防犯罪宣導事項

◎貴重物品，應置於保險箱，並拍照或加暗記。

◎腳踏車無號牌，可於車身塗上記號並拍照，以利失

竊追查。

◎採買年貨市場，人潮擁擠，最常見扒手出沒，應注

意守護財物。

◎婦女側背皮包易遭搶奪，斜背並儘量靠路邊行走較

為安全。

警利用人臉辨識系統 助身障老嫗返家團圓

臺南市政府警察局第二分局中正派出所所長林盟爵、警員李宗昇日前執勤發現轄區永華一街有一迷途老嫗，因年邁體力不勝負荷，寒風中蜷縮路旁，情況堪憐，遂主動上前關懷，詢知老婦人家住附近，卻無法清楚說明確定處所，於是駕駛巡邏車載同老婦人向周邊居民訪查，卻無人認識，當下決定讓老婦人先舒適休息，載返回派出所安置，並提供茶水、點心等物品充飢，防護老嫗挨餓受凍，正當老婦人面露滿足神色時，員警已在所內運用臉部辨識系統，查出該老婦人正確姓氏為王方(冠夫姓)，已83歲，立即通知其家屬前來接返回家。

據其家屬表示，老嫗年事高，加上患有中度聽力障礙，獨自外出期間，家人心繫其安危，幸遇員警積極尋獲，始免於發生意外，春節期間更加感謝執勤員警的辛勞及無限愛心。
