心情低落時的另類方式

當心情低落時,

大部份的人應該都會想辦法,

做一些讓自己心情好一點的事吧。

 

在這一方面,

我跟大部份人不一樣。

我反而會聽一些慢歌,

而且是那種會讓心情更沉重的慢歌。

我知道這很怪胎,

但我後來想想,

心情不好有不同的方式解決。

只是我選擇的比較另類。

 

大部份人選擇的是,

做別的事讓自己從中找到快樂,

讓快樂壓過之前的低落。

而我選擇的是真正的發洩。

聽慢歌,

讓心情更低落,

低落到連心都可以感覺得到,

從中得到發洩。

 

不確定這是否真的有比較好,

但就是我的方式。

maybe we are the same ! i will do that when i feel sad then i can try to forget every things that make me feel terrible and think about what i can do next and i don't like tell someone about my feeling because they can't understand . Maybe we are the same i am not sure.
