The outer material of this baby carrier is water-resistant, dirt-repellent and breathable. The fabric is quick-drying and can be wiped clean if required. During the first five months your child feels safest when carried in an inward facing mode. You can choose between two leg positions which are both particularly hip friendly. 民事濫訴 擬罰12萬
司法院通過民事訴訟法部分條文修正草案，期望打造訴訟金字塔制度，另為防杜濫訴，草案規定法院可對民事惡意濫訴行為的原告、訴訟代理人各處十二萬元以下罰鍰。
司法院今天發布新聞稿指出，院會已決議通過民事訴訟法部分條文修正草案，使第一審成為堅實事實審，第二審為嚴格續審，第三審為嚴格法律審，以確立民事訴訟金字塔制度。
修法重點還包括新增專家參與規定、擴大律師強制代理範圍、修正送達代收人制度、新增計畫審理規定、再審制度變革、增加適用簡易訴訟程序的事件類型、擴大使用科技設備等。
草案規定，起訴基於惡意、不當目的或有重大過失，且事實上或法律上的主張欠缺合理依據者視為濫訴，法院應以裁定駁回，法院得對實質上濫訴的原告、法定代理人或訴訟代理人，各處以新台幣十二萬元以下之罰鍰。
司法院表示，已完成民事訴訟法部分條文修正案，將送請立法院審議。
【中央社台北一日電】司法院今天公布職務法庭、法官懲戒改革方案，未來法官若遭移送監察院審查，在懲戒判決確定前不得申請退休或資遣。此外，若退休後才受嚴重懲戒處分，得剝奪、減少退休金。
司法院今天發布新聞稿表示，昨天通過法官法、法院組織法等修正草案，其中關於職務法庭的組織架構，由現制設於司法院，移置公務員懲戒委員會，並由一級一審制，改為一級二審制。
草案規定，職務法庭一審案件由三位職業法官組成合議庭，以公懲會委員為審判長，法官二人為陪席法官；但審理法官懲戒案件時，加入參審員二人為合議庭成員，陪席法官及參審員由法官遴選委員會遴定，提請司法院院長任命。
職務法庭第二審，以公務員懲戒委員會委員長為審判長，最高法院法官二人、最高行政法院法官一人及公務員懲戒委員會委員一人組成合議庭審理。草案並規定，法官經任命為職務法庭成員，有兼任義務。
法官懲戒部分，為免涉案法官搶退規避責任，增訂法官退休、資遣後始受較嚴重的懲戒處分確定者，得按所受懲戒處分嚴重程度，剝奪、減少其退休金、退養金等規定，以收懲戒實效。
司法院也指出，依現行規定涉案法官遭監察院彈劾後不得申請退休或資遣，無法避免法官在監察院審查期間即退休或資遣，因此明定法官經司法院移送監察院審查，在懲戒判決確定生效前，原則上不得申請資遣或退休。
法官評鑑制度部分，司法院修法改為當事人、犯罪被害人得直接請求個案評鑑，並將外部評鑑委員從四人增為六人，力求來源多元化。
