Winning 1 million sweepstakes it is lucky, enough for three lifes, perhaps, but don't bother to worry how much it goes to state and federal taxes.

For me, winning the green card lottery is truely LUCKY.
Why are these people so lucky, they don't do anything and win a green card, others dying for that piece of sheet, and never get around with IRS.
