Pleastic (also called crest) pipes rusted over a course of x years. Water is supposed to stay inside of the pipe, now it's gone all over the place OUTSIDE of the pipes. Government has regulated property builders to use copper pipes for plumbing, so now HOA is going to re-pipe the whole complex, which consists 100+ units. My unit is scheduled to repipe on June 6th, on which, my house will be a showroom for Niagra Fall.

Pipes on the roof got repaired temporarily. YET another week's gone by, the water CAME BACK. This time, it was emergin from the floor like the devil's advocate.

Turns out...the pipes behind that wall in the bathroom fucked up. Contractor came in, planned to knock down the wall then decided to just cut the part where they could go into the wall to replace the pipes. When the repipe construction starts, they will knock down the wall...what a nightmare, someone please hold me before i faint.

So, my bathroom is a mess, wall is cut, house is fully dusted, this is just fucking G-R-E-A-T.
