Two weeks...after escrow was closed and keys were picked up, it's been talking to contractors, HOA, PG&E, BestBuy, Fry's, HomeDepot, Sears, Mexicans.....finally the paint job was done yesterday. I was so excited all nite and couldn't sleep, couldn't wait to see and smell the house with new paint. Just as good as expected, even better!! (well the old paint was nearly destroyed, anything beyond that is considered improvement).

Tomorrow they will start working on the wood floor, then my house will be 80% makeover done. Next week carpet guy comes in to put new carpet in all bedrooms then my house will be officially ready!!!
