Taboli Salad

材料:

1/2 cup Bulgur Wheat 布格麥
1 1/4 cup boiling Water 熱開水
1 t Parsley 香菜
1 Lemon Juice 檸檬汁
1 t Salt 鹽
2 Green Onions 蔥
1/4 cup cucumber 小黃瓜
2 T Mint 薄荷葉
2 Tomatoes - Concasse 番茄 - 去皮去仔

做法:

1. 將開水煮開, 沖入布格麥中, 讓布格麥吸收水分至鬆軟
2. 將所有的青菜切丁, 薄荷葉和香菜切成細末.
3. 將泡好的布格麥加入切好的蔬菜中, 攪拌均勻, 在放置冰箱待涼.

要食用時從冰箱取出裝盤即可


Ingredients:

1/2 cup Bulgur Wheat
1 1/4 cup boiling Water
1 t Parsley
1 Lemon Juice
1 t Salt
2 Green Onions
1/4 cup cucumber
2 T Mint
2 Tomatoes - Concasse

Directions:

Before chopping the above vegetables combine the Boiling water and Bulgur Wheat together and let soak while preparing the vegetables. After all is chopped now combine all ingredients and mix. Refrigerate at least four hours to allow the ingredients to chill and flavors to mix together.
