Why?


I arranged the shipment by sea on 19/Nov'08.

Today, I got the phone call from my client.

They can't receive this shipment when vessel arrival.

OMG~

My client told me their demand is on B/Feb/2009

So, they want to know is it possible to return the goods.

But, when I sent your backlog reply, I had written the DLVY.

And you did not reply "can't accept"

So, I really don't understand why it happens???

I really don't know what I can say!

Now, I need to write e-mail to our sales and explain whole thing.

Hope she won't angry...
