原以為這部片會跟命運好好玩或者回到未來差不多，
結果竟然頗有新意，而且跟上面兩部片要表達的東西完全不同。
電影的開始先是17歲時的主角，面對重要的球賽和未來時，卻選擇了他懷孕的女友，放棄學生和球員生活。
鏡頭拉到20年後，37歲的主角一事無成，只是個企業的小員工、不受孩子愛戴，甚至因當年組了家庭而放棄學業耿耿於懷，於是跟老婆的關係也瀕臨破裂。
這時，他因意外的插曲(就是典型的怪人出現施展魔法)，外表變回了17歲的樣貌，他藉助友人之力重回高中，也改變了他自己的兒子跟女兒。最重要的是，再度站在球場上時，他發現當初的選擇是正確的，他的妻子一直是他此身的摯愛，他說選擇她是他這輩子最正確的選擇，於是當他可能改變一切的當下，他可能可以以年輕的樣貌選擇球賽，可以獲取他未曾經歷的人生的當下，他選擇了自己的妻子，放棄了他風光的生活，於是他恢復原本的樣貌，最後也當上了球隊的教練，重回家庭。
片中最令我感動地方，就是經由回到17歲，主角發現了自己當初的決定不是錯的，人的一生中總要做許多關鍵性的決定，之後也許後悔著"也許當初不式選擇這條路，我會過的更好"而自暴自棄，決定本身並沒有所謂的對與錯，重要的是相信自己、相信這個決定並且堅定的走下去。

 

本片非常驚喜的地方就是，不到最後一刻真的不明白它要表達什麼，還以為只是部搞笑片(片中娛樂效果很多)，直到最後一刻才發現，有梗!!

這本書說的是一個女人，曾經面臨著重大的決定，要嫁給沒出息卻愛著自己的男友或者自己去追逐一番事業，生活一段時間之後竟發現另一個和自己一模一樣的人，這個人的外貌和過去記憶完全跟自己一樣，不同的是，那個人竟然選擇了跟男友結婚，於是這兩個人玩起"乞丐王子"，假裝成對方去過完全不同選擇的生活，中間還有一些很有趣的、像是魔法的部分我不太會形容，不過這本書也很棒，書名也取的很棒，藍，或另一種藍，不都是藍色嗎。
