確定是砂孔問題(孔)的問題→這必須從電鍍、研磨、T4 T6熱處理、研磨、切邊、鍛造、加熱、短料裁切、擠製成形、原料等大項問題回推追蹤
造成陽極藍色發色後吐酸產生表面白色斑點的問題是產品表面因
加工時產生破裂後在電鍍時藥水進入破裂處後發色吐酸
砂孔的形成會在短料裁切時表面有不平物或有鋁雜物經鍛造產生或鍛造時模具的清潔度及潤滑劑也會產生
請確定陽極藍色後產品本身的砂孔是否在同一位置(是)→鍛造廠
或砂孔分布在產品外圍一圈(結晶)時→擠型廠的生產條件
鋁合金圓棒熔煉技術在目前現有的熔煉廠應有相當能力及技術除非沒有照正常工作條件生產出的原料
對擠型廠的產品要求就產品切面結晶組織來做依據須與原料廠提供金相一樣若無法達成時就是擠型廠本身生產工作條件就有問題了(模具及溫度速度)
