Slow Cooker-Fresh Vegetable Beef Soup

材料:
1 ,1/2 pounds beef stew meat
1 ,1/2磅牛肉塊
1 small bell pepper,chopped(1/2 cup)
1個小的甜椒,已切塊(大約1/2 杯)
3/4 cup 1-inch pieces fresh green beans
3/4杯 四季豆切段為每段約1英吋
3/4 cup chopped onion
3/4杯 已切塊的洋蔥
3/4 cup sliced carrots
3/4杯 已切塊的紅蘿蔔
2/3 cup fresh whole kernel corn
2/3杯 新鮮玉米粒
2 medium unpeeled potatoes,cut into 1-inch pieces (about 2 cups)
2個中型不削皮的馬鈴薯切塊為一英吋大小 (大約2杯)
1 ,1/2cups water
1 ,1/2杯水
1 teaspoon salt
1茶匙鹽
1 teaspoon chopped fresh or ½ teaspoon dried thyme leaves

1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4茶匙胡椒
2 cans (14 ounces each) beef broth

1 can (8 ounces)tomato sauce

1. Mix all ingredients in 3,1/2- to 6 quart slow cooker.

2. Cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 9 hours(or high heat setting 4 to 5 hours) or until vegetables are tender. 10 servings.
蓋上鍋蓋用低溫烹調並設定8 個到9 個小時(或者高溫烹調設定在4到5小時)或者到蔬菜都燉軟了為止. 10人份
