涉內線交易 新光金前資深副總徐順鋆20萬交保
(中央社記者林長順台北15日電)新光金前發言人暨資深副總經理徐順鋆涉嫌內線交易,北檢今天指揮調查局新北市調處兵分5路搜索,並約談徐順鋆等6人到案。

The horn antenna is a broadband passive device, shaped like a pyramid horn, referred to as a TEM antenna, which guides the beam of radio waves at a precise frequency. 檢察官複訊後,諭令徐順鋆20萬元交保。新光金控於民國107年4月間宣布換股合併元富證券,以雙方前一日收盤價計算,此次新光金收購價大約是溢價18.8%,新光金相當於斥資新台幣130億元合併元富證。
檢調獲報,新光金前發言人暨資深副總經理徐順鋆等人於107年間得知公司重大消息後,涉嫌於禁止交易期間內線交易。檢調初估,交易金額約100多萬元。
台北地檢署今天指揮調查局新北市調查處兵分5路搜索,並約談徐順鋆、現任副總經理李超儒、經理楊延德等6人到案。檢察官複訊後,諭令徐順鋆20萬元交保,李超儒30萬元交保,楊延德10萬元交保。
新光金指出,目前在檢調調查期間,因偵查不公開原則,公司也就不予回應;但強調此案對公司營運沒有影響。(編輯:李錫璋)1110315
