“The beginning of the sixteenth century…one of the greatest period of all time. This was the time of Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo, of Raphael and Titian, of Correggio and Giorgione, and many other masters. One may ask why it was that all these great masters were born in the same period, but such questions are more easily asked than answered. One cannot explain the genius of existence. It is better to enjoy it.”

我可沒有作者 “It is better to enjoy it.”

Fra Angelico, Annunciation

Titian, Venus Urbino

You give nude a good name.

Piero della Francesca, Diptych of Duke Federico da Montefeltro and Duchess Battista Sforza of Urbino

Raphael, self portrait

Michelangelo, David

Caravaggio, Bacchus

Francesco Guardi, Venice

Gerardo Dottori, Trittico della velocità
