Oh baby run and run!
懶左成個禮拜, 今日終於跑番. 跑左12個圈, 勁爽. 尤其last3個不斷加快, 跑完仲有d抽筋, 但感覺真係無得頂.
無跑一排, 體能真係差左, 只跑12個lap就抽筋就係最好証明la. So, for the sake of 10k, 一定要keep住不斷跑, 唔可以再懶la.
