哈哈哈~沒想到大家對這個蕃薯簽飯這麼有興趣
Bee就打電話回台中替大家請教了Bee媽正確的做法(其實粉簡單的哩~)
首先把蕃薯削乾淨,用挫蕃薯簽專用的板子(家庭五金行有賣;要買較大孔的)
刮一刮刮成鉛條狀(若只是蕃薯飯直接丟切成一塊塊的蕃薯下去即可)
丟進準備煮飯的電鍋(即一般的水跟米),開始煮飯
等飯煮熟了,再用飯匙攪拌均勻
即大公告成啦~~~很簡單吧~!!!!!!! ^____^

It's simple to make it~
as you cook the rice,you cut the sweet potato into long narrow strips or pieces
and cook the rice with the electric pot~
When you finished it, stir the rice and the sweet potato strips
Then you got it~!!!!!!!! The sweet potato rice!!!
