花花轎子人抬人

some people say "花花轎子人人抬"

I guess the original poem is like the following:
花花轎子人抬人，人不抬人花轎冷
人若抬人人自輕，轎不坐人轎埋坑

The poem describes the importance of helping each other between friends. When giving hands to each other among friends, especially friends in the same field or group, people within the group will benefit from the mutual help and good atmosphere a lot. In that case, if one praise or help another, he or she can also be praised or helped by others, thus he/she will earn his/her goal more easily.
The "轎子"，as you know, is a sedan. But here we use the sedan as metaphor of the whole environment, no matter it refers to a business field, an academic institution, or a medical system, etc.
So the whole short poem means literally:
People lift people to sit on the colorful sedan;
If there is no sedan-lifter, the sedan will be cold,
If people lift people, then they won't feel lifting heavy;
But if the sedan is empty, it is so heavy that it can bury a pit.
