When it comes to cooking, there are many ways to make food tasty.For example,boil, stew,bake,roast, steam or grill........etc.And people still invent new cooking methods to satisfy our taste buds.

I remember I learned how to cook when I was a little girl.I watched my mom cooking in the kitchen every day.Gradually, I knew cooking was not as hard as I thought.Once,my mom was busy on the farnland,so I cooked rice before my mom came home.That was a big surprise for her.She praised me and gave me a big hug.The successful experience did encourage me to try cooking more often.

After getting married, cooking became my everyday task.I cooked for my family ,and started to read cooking books and watch TV programs to learn more about making dishes that look good and are delicious.With a little effort on my part, my husband and kids are happy eating whatever I put on the table.From their smiles,I know I am a good cook for them.

Nowadays, people value thier health very much.In terms of how to keep fit, I think cooking plays a vital role in it.If people can cook for themselves,and have a proper diet.I assume they can stay away from diseases and that will be saving a lot of money for medical care.
